The annual spring yard sale will occur the first Saturday in May for the weekend.
The annual fall yard sale will occur on the third Saturday in September for the weekend.
Please note that this is not an HOA-sponsored event. Residents who choose to participate will be responsible for obtaining any required permits through the City and for their own advertising.
The Association will place large signage at the community entrances to help promote the event. There is no registration required to participate
